I visited a few dealerships to try different cars and the service at BMW was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble- I hadn't booked a test drive on the day and yet the team were polite and accommodating.

The appointment was for swapping tyres from the winter to the summer ones, for some time now the tyres are stored on site. The management had promised to deliver the tyres to my house, but this never happened, despite repeated requests from my part.

I took the car in at 9 in the morning and the car was not put in the ramp to look at it until 4pm in the afternoon. I had rung at 4 to find this out after not hearing anything all day. I then still heard nothing about it but went to collect at 5:30.
