The service was fine but when I booked the car in I selected the free wash and vacuum. The service part (the oil change) was done by mid-morning but I had to wait for the wash / vacuum. When I picked the car it hadnt been washed or vacuumed.

It was impossible to get hold of anyone, nobody kept me updated about my car. I phoned numerous times on the Saturday to see if my car was ready and nobody called back after finally giving up with the service department I spoke with sales.

My car felt like new after its service (it has done over 100K miles). The video was really helpful pointing out a small oil leak and two bushes on the front anti-roll bar that needed work. These are now being repaired with an immediate rebooking.

The service wars fine but I'd booked online and it said I could bring the car and wait. However at 5:00!0m the day before I had a call saying it was going to take 3 and a half hours so waiting was no longer an option. Not great!

The service on my car I have no complaints about. Unfortunately the ordeal I had with having an enterprise curtesy car was not satisfactory. I waited 40 minutes at BMW to get picked up, then had to go to enterprise to sort out paperwork.

The appointment was for swapping tyres from the winter to the summer ones, for some time now the tyres are stored on site. The management had promised to deliver the tyres to my house, but this never happened, despite repeated requests from my part.

I took the car in at 9 in the morning and the car was not put in the ramp to look at it until 4pm in the afternoon. I had rung at 4 to find this out after not hearing anything all day. I then still heard nothing about it but went to collect at 5:30.

Very poor experience. Booked an 8:30 sit and wait MOT. @10:20 the MOT had not even been started. The advisor did not approach me at any point. The car then had to be kept overnight for damage to a tyre and was not ready until the following afternoon.
