Very poor customer experience. Imagine if someone urgently needed their car for family reasons or a hospital appointment. This level of communication and care is unacceptable.

Service was fine however no one called me to confirm this was complete. I had to call to chase (which proved very difficult at the end of the day). I was promised a call back/quote on the air con fix which I haven't received.
