The service wars fine but I'd booked online and it said I could bring the car and wait. However at 5:00!0m the day before I had a call saying it was going to take 3 and a half hours so waiting was no longer an option. Not great!

The service on my car I have no complaints about. Unfortunately the ordeal I had with having an enterprise curtesy car was not satisfactory. I waited 40 minutes at BMW to get picked up, then had to go to enterprise to sort out paperwork.

It took almost 4 hours to do a MOT, change 2 tyres that had failed during the initial MOT an MOT retest & wash the car. I was advised on arrival that they intended to carry out recall work regarding the starter engine booked 18/5, not in advance.

The appointment was for swapping tyres from the winter to the summer ones, for some time now the tyres are stored on site. The management had promised to deliver the tyres to my house, but this never happened, despite repeated requests from my part.

I took the car in at 9 in the morning and the car was not put in the ramp to look at it until 4pm in the afternoon. I had rung at 4 to find this out after not hearing anything all day. I then still heard nothing about it but went to collect at 5:30.

Two warning lights on when booked in for routine service. Both lights still on after the service. My partner not treated well when she paid the bill. Driving home with two red lights on frightened her. I complained, car fixed perfectly afterwards.

Very poor experience. Booked an 8:30 sit and wait MOT. @10:20 the MOT had not even been started. The advisor did not approach me at any point. The car then had to be kept overnight for damage to a tyre and was not ready until the following afternoon.
