Having got home after collecting the car, I discovered that there was an option to set up a free trial of a WiFi hotspot. Which was somewhat confusing to do at home. If I compare this to when I purchased an Audi, they set everything up for me.

The centre is going through some changes with admin staff meaning I had to chase a few things which would normally be automatic. For example, no copy of order form and no invoice, meaning I was asked to send money before receiving any paperwork.

Good and efficient service liked the key drop off and pick up. They did a complementary car wash and it was clean but it wasn't cleaned very well and bits were missed. I expected better from a main BMW garage.

Technician resolved issue with ecu in 24 hours and then applied new software as fix and test drove and I was able to collect the vehicle in 48 hours total
