Group 1 Reading did a great job of tracking down a 2 series Active Tourer Luxury for us and managed to find a cancelled order on a new car. However, the handover was rather too cursory and lacked detailed explanations including Roadside Assistance.

They only have one ramp to lift electric cars. My car had to be moved to BMW Marshall in Hook to be repaired. They need at least two Ramps.

Over pricing for a service. Manager not interested in the fact the price was £155 different from our usual BMW service centre. Won't be returning here. We will travel back to our original service centre.

Reported problem with sat nav - mad updated but did not reslolve problem. 2nd vuisit was informed I had to subscribe in order to continue seeing dynamic traffic information. If this is a known issue why not tell me that on first visit.

Wrong diagnostic investigation, ridiculously inflated prices, overinflated and wrongful advice. Your service charges is extremely high. Told me I need 4 new tires - I needed one. Told me the steering rack is ok. It's not.

Milie Rippon was great at ensuring that all work (service, brake replacement, MOT) was performed on the same day. The service video of the MOT inspection (Nigel Peach) was very professional and informative.

Got a booking, arrived told there was no appointment. Response to the problem of my boot would have caused thousands in unnecessary damage had I not told the technician how to fix it! This is not the first time this sort of thing has happened

Drop-off quick (kiosk), work to do (online), phoned when work done, paid online. No collection kiosk at this dealer. As work was complete and paid for just wanted to take keys and go as late. Had to wait nearly 10 mins to get key from service staff.
