Luke was very very helpful and a nice person to talk to. The lady on reception was equally pleasant to deal with and welcoming. I was offered coffee and biscuits and drinks.

Having got home after collecting the car, I discovered that there was an option to set up a free trial of a WiFi hotspot. Which was somewhat confusing to do at home. If I compare this to when I purchased an Audi, they set everything up for me.

My car was in for a service & gas struts under the bonnet & this was booked more than a month before and was supposed to taken one day , at the end of the day I hadn't heard anything & I had to chase & which very annoying as I had things planned

Work was carried out as detailed it took a day longer than expected but the provided a curtesy car with no problem of keeping it longer due to the delay

Drop-off quick (kiosk), work to do (online), phoned when work done, paid online. No collection kiosk at this dealer. As work was complete and paid for just wanted to take keys and go as late. Had to wait nearly 10 mins to get key from service staff.

I was informed the car was ready for collect, on arrival I was asked to take a seat, over 40 minutes went by before a member of the service team came over to inform me the car was not ready. Then I was overcharged by £40 which I am awaiting a credit

Good and efficient service liked the key drop off and pick up. They did a complementary car wash and it was clean but it wasn't cleaned very well and bits were missed. I expected better from a main BMW garage.

My 5 series car had a very serious mechanical failure. Diagnosis showed that it was not worth fixing. Your maintenance chap dealt with me in a very understanding way.

Technician resolved issue with ecu in 24 hours and then applied new software as fix and test drove and I was able to collect the vehicle in 48 hours total

Car dropped off for recall lasting two days and although wasn't told this at making appointment with BNW Call Centre the dealership returned the car to me on second day and therefore very helpful to me.

I am out of pocket bud locking wheel nut adaptor being missing. I know it was in the boot and this was the first tyre I have needed since I bought it. Group 1 reading is the only garage who has worked on it. I think they lost it.

Things to improve: - Wash the car properly/professional level as one would expect from a BMW service centre - provide reasonable level pf details from the MOT which is sensible to understand - connect in person or over a call for details

There were some things that need fixing in ten next couple of months. Noone told us. Ad. It's almost impossible to get to speak to anyone about it. It's bad service and you're losing business. The work you actually did was fine.
