Group 1 Reading did a great job of tracking down a 2 series Active Tourer Luxury for us and managed to find a cancelled order on a new car. However, the handover was rather too cursory and lacked detailed explanations including Roadside Assistance.

How was a part expired in 2022 not picked up at 4 year mandatory service end of 2024? Also mentioned I want to sell the car, during booking call and was told that's fine, after mentioning mileage, also when checking in online , to be told actually no

They only have one ramp to lift electric cars. My car had to be moved to BMW Marshall in Hook to be repaired. They need at least two Ramps.
