I been to so many car showroom. Their customer service is poor. BMW Reading is best.

The centre is going through some changes with admin staff meaning I had to chase a few things which would normally be automatic. For example, no copy of order form and no invoice, meaning I was asked to send money before receiving any paperwork.

Delays in delivery of car, then the wrong spec car delibered. However, sales manager most apologetic and accommodating.

Nice friendly greeting from reception staff. Sales executive Hamza Khan was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and purchasing process. Well presented, polite and patient. He and his colleague Phil worked very hard for me.

There were some things that need fixing in ten next couple of months. Noone told us. Ad. It's almost impossible to get to speak to anyone about it. It's bad service and you're losing business. The work you actually did was fine.
